What we collect

• Email address — used to send you a magic login link. We do not use passwords.
• Website URLs — the URLs you submit for AI visibility scanning.
• Scan results — the data generated from scanning your website, including AI platform responses and technical analysis.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.

How we use your data

• To provide the AI visibility audit service you requested.
• To send transactional emails (login links, scan notifications).
• To process payments for the Pro plan.

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Resend Privacy Policy
• OpenRouter — AI model queries for scanning. URLs you submit are sent to AI models to check visibility.
• Cloudflare — DNS and CDN. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Cookies

We use a single session cookie (PHPSESSID) to keep you logged in. It is secure, HTTP-only, and uses SameSite=Lax. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on a secure server with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Scan data is stored in a local database and is not shared with third parties beyond the services listed above.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Data retention

We retain your account and scan data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
